1. Preorder & MOQ
Mass-track works launch as preorders; if the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is not met within the preorder window, the batch will not be produced.
2. Full Refund Trigger
Batches below MOQ are refunded in full to the original payment method, with no fees charged.
3. Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the batch closes; arrival time depends on the payment channel.
4. Non-refundable Cases
Orders that have been produced, customized, or delivered without quality issues are generally not refundable without cause.
5. Quality Disputes
