Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Regions
Currently China, the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc.) and Southeast Asia (Cambodia, Indonesia, etc.), expanding gradually.
2. Processing Time
In-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment; preorder or production orders ship after the batch is produced.
3. Shipping Fees
Calculated by destination and weight, shown at checkout; some campaigns may offer free shipping.
4. Tracking
A tracking number is provided after shipment and can be viewed in the Me Center.
5. Duties & Taxes
Cross-border duties and import taxes, if any, are borne by the buyer per the destination customs.
6. Receiving & Inspection
Inspect on delivery; reject if the outer packaging is damaged and contact support.
7. Loss & Damage
Items lost or severely damaged in transit are handled by SILA and the carrier for reshipment or refund.
